To our valued shareholders and interested parties:
Late in the 20th Century, Titan had the insight to foresee that disposal of spent tires, obsolete computers and other plastics would become a problem of increasing magnitude for cities and countries throughout the world. As we enter the 21st Century, Titans vision has become reality, and its technologies are now capable of bringing commercially attractive and environmentally friendly solutions to the problem, which has become somewhat of a solid waste crisis.
Titan has worked long and hard to develop these patented and proprietary technologies, which now extend to tires, electronic scrap, carbon-fiber composites and many plastics. In a sense, the solid waste disposal crisis has arrived ahead of schedule and we are gratified that our efforts have resulted in commercially proven technology which is ready to meet the demand that will surely manifest itself during the next few years. We pride ourselves in that our technologies are a true recycle because they allow use of recovered products in their original form.
Titan now receives a multitude of inquiries worldwide concerning potential application of its technologies to the millions of tons of these wastes which are now being dumped into landfillswith no economic benefit and with potential environmental problems of considerable magnitude. At Titan, we are prepared to build and operate additional recycling plants on a turn-key basis and to license our technologies where appropriate. The future of this type of recycling is beyond all of our imaginations.
Titan anticipates a long and prosperous future and we welcome all of the shareholders and recyclers who join us along the way.
